the apartment located in a characteristic ancient building, located in a quiet pedestrian street adjacent to Via Giulia. Furnished with handmade furniture in typical Umbrian style, it enjoys a fantastic view over the valley. in the living area there is a sofa bed for two, a double bed, private bathroom, the kitchenette with oven and fridge is fully equipped.
the solid wood furniture is made by local artisans and the floor is in terracotta.
The property is located in the historic center of Spello, 38 km from Spoleto, 13 km from Assisi and 32 km from Perugia. The nearest airport is Perugia San Francesco d'Assisi Airport, 11.2 miles from the property.
In the surroundings you can go hiking on various trails with different degrees of difficulty.
Guests have access to a small courtyard available to the structure equipped with outdoor furniture.
The structure was opened in the nineties and has always been carried out with a spirit of familiarity and hospitality. In case of need, the owners, who live a few meters from the apartments, will be available to assist guests.
