To begin with, the man who greeted us simply handed us the bags and the map and said, "You can go." I asked if they could help us with our bags because our house was quite far away. "I booked the deluxe cottage and it was really lovely. Very clean and comfortable. The infra red sauna and jacuzzi bath were a bonus, as was the fresh bread delivered daily as part of the deal. Plenty to keep the kids busy and we had a great time. The only negative aspect was the very low quality and overpriced food offered at the restaurants, and that at the restaurants they don’t provide tap water, not even for kids! "

"The property is good, well maintained and in great condition. Furniture is new and adequate to a rental. Location is perfect. The only downside is that the kitchenware should be more complete in terms of itens offered, and the bedware also is not appropriate - including bed linen (it was not a linen kit but a duvet cover used as a sheet, which did not covered the whole bed futon)."

"It was a good place to stay - Large room and accomodationg staff. It was for a stop over so did not use the hotel for full potentia. Had breakfast at the restaurant and definitelt differewnt than Canadian standards but we are in a different country to when in Rome."

It was spectacular.

"I have been traveling around the world with my children for a long time, but I really need to say something about this hotel: Reception 10/10. All the ladies I had the opportunity to speak to at the reception were very friendly,polite I felt really welcomed, they asked me to make myself comfortable and if I needed anything, I should not hesitate to talk to them. On our second night I needed help because I had not bought milk for my 3-year-old daughter and they asked me to go to the restaurant without hesitation and I was immediately helped. In our room we found some treats for the children and for me, we were really happy. For our first time in Eindhoven, you guys really made our trip worthwhile. Spectacular breakfast, has everything. I really felt that what I paid for this stay was worth it. The GM of this hotel has really done an excellent job (WOW) We will definitely be back. Thank you "
