Ayrshire Cottage was built in 2019 on 3 acres, of land that was once part of a Wakatipu Ayrshire dairy and sheep farm
The development has the Wakatipu basins historic preserved Hawthorne hedges around the triangle which makes up the “Golden Triangle” and each site is separated by large berms, providing a magical privacy and not impending the stunning outlook to the surrounding mountains from every direction. We lived in the Cottage for a year whilst the House was being built and moved into the house in August 2020.
We have 4 pet friendly hens and one Standard Poodle 12year dog (Bess)
