This modern remodeled apartment is the perfect location for your stay in Spearfish! There are two oversized bedrooms – each outfitted with King size beds and two closets, as well as a desk in one of the rooms. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. Make yourself comfortable in the open living/dining area or step onto your private outdoor patio with side yard (not fenced). You’ll be only 1 mile away from downtown Spearfish with shops, eateries, coffee shops and more all within reach!

*Laundry available in unit and detergent is provided
*We also provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap for your stay. We have toiletries basket available in case you forgot anything!

*Each stay will include 1 free day pass to Spearfish's newest gym, Level Up. Located about 5 minutes from the property, you and your guests can enjoy access to strength and cardio equipment, sauna, and tanning. Additional day passes can be purchased online at https://www.levelupcompany.org/
*Weather cancellation policy: Due to the nature of where we live, we do not offer refunds for weather related events unless the DOT closes the highway or roads prohibiting travel to our town. We experience winter 6+ months out of the year and our area is equipped to handle the snow. We want you to feel comfortable with traveling, but cannot afford to have our calendar tied up only to have last minute cancellations for several months out of the year.
The entire apartment and patio is for you. The parking and front yard area is shared with other guests in the complex.
We do not personally meet guests, there is a NEST lock on the door with an access code for check in. We are available should you need anything during your stay.
We are located just off the highway, yet on a quiet street. This is the downstairs unit in a complex that is being converted to an Airbnb community! We are walking distance to downtown, parks, groceries, restaurants/coffee, fuel and more! If you need recommendations for anything, please don't hesitate to ask! There is parking directly in front of the unit as well as on the side of the building (see picture for details)
Spearfish is a great hub in the Black Hills!
You are close to great hiking and biking at Lookout Mountain, Crow Peak, and the Spearfish Canyon.
Head over to Deadwood (15 minutes) for concerts, gambling, and shopping.
Skiing at Terry Peak in Lead is about 30 minutes away.
Do some sightseeing in Custer, Keystone, and Sylvan Lake about 1 hour and 30 minutes away. Be sure to check out Crazy Horse and Mount Rushmore along the way!
Rapid City offers a lot of great activities and concerts (about 45 minutes away). Ellsworth Air Force Base has a great Air Museum and there are plenty of activities for kids like Bear Country, Storybook Island, and Reptile Gardens.
Check-in instructions will be sent to you within 2 weeks of your arrival date. You don’t need to worry about meeting us at a specific time, you will be given a specific door code to enter the property for your stay. Please check your message history for this information prior to arrival. If you have any questions, please let me know!
Quiet hours after 10:00 PM to respect other guests. We want you to enjoy yourself, but ask that noise be kept lower after this time :)
*Since this is a newly remodeled unit and out of respect for other travelers, we have a no pets and no smoking policy. A $200 fee will be charged for guests who break this rule to cover the cost of carpet cleaning, dry cleaning of linens, and the inability to rent out the unit while these additional cleaning measures are taking place.
