"We were in town for a wedding in Spearfish and decided to stay in downtown area, and chose this little cottage based on the reviews. We were not disappointed! We had everything we needed, easy parking, warm cottage with all the amenities. The locals are SO FRIENDLY! We LOVED the area, and definitely are considering a return trip for a vacation getaway to explore the region in a bit warmer weather. We will definitely stay at this property again!"

"The house was exactly as described. We were notified of the construction next door but it was never a problem. We never heard the workers. We would stay there again. One suggestion is provide coasters for glasses to protect the furniture."

"We stayed in cabin #3 for the long weekend and it was just perfect! We called it our home away from home and it had absolutely everything we needed! The warm gas stove was cute, the big warm blanket was cozy, the hottub was relaxing and enjoyable. "What an adorable property! We arrived late evening but check in was a breeze and I couldn’t stop carrying on about how cute this small space was. Great for singles or couples. A short walk to Black Hills State University where we watched our boys run track. My favorite thing about Spearfish has got to be the rec walking paths. "This cabin and its story is amazing. Everything you needed was there and more. Super clean, remote and a peaceful location to unwind after touring the Black Hills. Although it’s situated in the National Forest, it’s easy access from nearby Sturgis. Will be the only place I stay when going to the Black Hills area"

This place is top notch

"I dont normally leave reviews but feel compelled to after our stay. All of the staff was super friendly and personable. The casino and bar are really nice. We normally bounce around to different casinos when we stay in deadwood but we stayed at the landmark all night. I highly recommend this place as your go to hotel for deadwood."
