"Because of the pilot strike we couldn’t to go to Sicily. Very unfortunately since we had been looking forward to stay in this beautiful house in wonderful Marsala. The host, Massimo, has been most helpful and kind and we hope to stay here next year instead."

"This house was beautiful and the pool was fantastic but the road to the house was very dangerous and guests definitely need a four wheel drive to get to the house. The house was a bit spooky at nights. Top floor was very noisy and everything shook when you moved and lots of noise from rats in the walls, and birds and shutters moving... so a bit scary for my taste. However Paolo was super nice and took very good care of us."

"You will find that the host is wonderful and very accommodating. He takes great care in maintaining his property and the grounds. The garden surrounding the house are like an oasis. The property around the house had many seating areas wonderful for entertaining. Although you do need a car to get around, we would highly recommend this property."

"The villa is beautifully renovated and the small pool is perfect for kids. The scenery around is striking: arid mountains, marble quarries, olive groves, and vineyards. Not close to the sea but it's sort of equidistant (20-30 min) to different locations (S. Vito lo Capo, Scopello, Erice, Segesta) so we went different places each day. "We enjoyed our stay in this spacious house and especially liked the garden seating area in the morning and the upstairs balcony for sunset views in the evening. The hosts were very helpful and kind and even lent us their coffee machine. It was great just for relaxing but there are places to see nearby and we were very impressed with Mozia island and the Salt pans. The cycle track outside meant you could walk or cycle in safety. "The villa is absolutely stunning and with a view to die for. The owner/manager Giuseppe was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and we were sad to leave! Marsala town in truth was a bit run down but get out to Erice, Salemi and Castelmarra del golfo... beautiful!!!"
