During our week-long stay, we felt incredibly comfortable and welcome. This hotel offers everything you could ask for: it's new, clean, quiet, and conveniently located near everything you need in Vienna. Public transportation is right outside the door, and there's a wide variety of restaurants just across the street at Westfield, one of Europe's largest shopping centers. What truly impressed us, however, was the exceptional staff. They were the friendliest, most supportive, and most accommodating hotel reception team we've ever encountered. We want to extend a special thanks to Wojciech, Julie, Juan, Paola, and their manager, Soledad. You all made our stay in Vienna enjoyable and memorable. Thank you so much"

The hotel staff has been really patient with me as initially I made an error during my booking but were very accommodating when I explained my situation. They tried their best to help me out. "You can go to nearest P R in 6 minutes which charges 4 eur daily. And then you can reach to center via metro in 15-20 mins. Area is family friendly and quiet. Breakfast was fine. Only negative side is waiting in front of hotel if you arrive outside of working hours. It's better to communicate with hotel in advance to get pin code for keys. Thanks!"

"Martin is a nice host and communicates promptly. The apartment is on the ground floor and well appointed including a shopping cart and bicycle. The location is quiet, close to tram, groceries and the train station. I wouldn’t change a thing,"
