"This was our first time to Eleuthera. Daddy Jews was the perfect place. Everyone there was so friendly and you felt like you were staying with family. We ate quite a few of our meals there and everything was excellent. And the best surprise was when we went to the beach. You can drive or walk through a little almost like a forest and all of a sudden it opens up to this perfectly crystal clear, turquoise water, and white sand. And we had the beach to ourselves. You will definitely not be disappointed if you stay here. "

"A great place to stay. Would definitely stay again. I loved that it is locally owned and staffed. The room was great. Plenty of towels and toiletries to use. The breakfast was simple by tasty. The staff was overall very friendly. We got a complimentary late check out, which we greatly appreciated. The only downside was that the ventilation duct in the bathroom is communicated with other rooms, and you can hear conversations and noises very clearly from other rooms."

"My favorite part was star gazing whilst listening to the waves lapping and taking in the fresh sea breeze at night! Quiet, set back and so peaceful, just what we all needed! "I had a great stay at the property. Staff was wecloming & nice. I will stay there when i return. I recommend the property for others to stay. One thing & the only thing i was disappointed in was the temperature of the hot water....didn't get to my liking, more warm than anything. But overall it was a great stay."

"Steps Away is truly less than a 1 minute walk to the most beautiful sand bar protected beach. Home is very comfortable. The home is across from what looks like a workshop with larger machinery but it was never active - truly never a sound. "

"We stayed at Rest Ashore in Spanish Wells for four nights in early April. The property was pristine and the service from April was exceptional. Two couples had plenty of privacy and room to move around. The beds were comfortable and the house was spotless. The kitchen is well stocked for those that want to cook on vacation. Beach towels, chairs and an umbrella were provided, along with water toys. The property is a very short walk to an amazing beach. We enjoyed our nights cooking on the grill and relaxing on the back patio. The golf cart was well cared for and accommodated four adults traveling about the island. There has been such care in decorating the house and making it inviting for guests. April is so responsive and helpful introducing us to the treasure that is Spanish Wells. She assisted with transportation, making our travel seamless. Brandi also checked in with us and gave us tips on local attractions and activities. Spanish Wells is heaven on earth, and working with April and her team was a true blessing. We’ll be back for a much longer stay! I enthusiastically recommend this property and team! . "

"Everything about this trip was absolute perfection! The house was fabulous and we had zero issues. The lounging patio out back was amazing to relax in the mornings and evenings. So close to the beach. We watched every sunset. Found conchs and starfish at the nearby beach as we strolled along. The water is the most amazing I’ve ever seen. Every question I had for April, she responded to in a very quick time. We will definitely be coming back and staying in another of their homes for rent. This was the most relaxing, beautiful vacation I’ve ever gone on. No hustle and bustle of big tourist cities. We went on a full day excursion and half day. Tyman was a great host on the charter, very friendly, personable and gave us lots of history and knowledge about all the things! We definitely recommend going out with him on the boat!!! And if you get the photo package, he takes a ton of photos …not just one or two. He makes sure to get groups, individual, couples …ALL THE PICS! "

"We had an amazing trip to Spanish Wells. April made everything so easy and stress free by organizing transportation to and from the airport during our trip. The house was perfect for our family of four (children are 13 and 9). Both bedrooms and bathrooms are the exact same size, and the mattresses were very comfortable. We did not cook during the week because while on vacation, who wants to cook? But, if we ever needed anything, the kitchen was well stocked and had what we needed. Even though we had a golf cart, we often walked back and forth to the beach area. It was a very easy walk and having the golf cart made it even easier when we had things to carry. The house had beach towels, chairs, floats, kayaks, and a paddleboard. This helped reduce what we needed to pack for the week, and the paddleboard and kayaks kept our kids very entertained. The house was exactly as described, but the island was better than we could have imagined. You cannot put into words how beautiful this place is and how friendly everyone is on the island. We also booked two day trips with Tyman Charters and both days were absolutely amazing. Booking with Tyman Charters is a must do when visiting Spanish Wells. We highly recommend it and will book again on our next visit. Overall, we had the best week of vacation and will definitely book with April and Tyson again. "
