"We truly enjoyed our stay at Sanctuary cottage. The house was exactly as described. We had 3 couples the first week and 2 couples the following weeks. Plenty of room for more. We cook all our meals and the kitchen was perfect for this task. Beds were super comfy. My Son said it was the most comfortable beds he has slept in yet. The back yard was amazing. Spa like waterfall, outdoor kitchen with sink and refrigerator. Gas grill to cook all those yummy lobster tails. Pool was beautiful and refreshing. Great for days when it’s too windy at the beach or great to cool off after the beach. I spent way too much time napping and reading on the outside couch. We had a few gatherings with our friends also vacationing on island.. Everyone was very impressed with its beauty. Did I mention it also has a cabana with a toilet and shower? Great for an outdoor shower. Rachael, the manager was wonderful. She met us at the dock and was easy to reach with any questions. This is our sixth rental in 10 years on Spanish wells and it is one our favorite. Also, it’s an quick walk out the back of the property to the amazing North shore beach. Enjoy!"

"We were a party of 4 adults. Cozy Cove Cottage was a great size with room for 2 more. The convenience of getting around Spanish Wells and visiting other beaches was great. The golf cart is a bonus. We did rent an extra cart which helped getting chairs, cooler and floaties to other beaches for us. Jody was always available and answered all questions.We did a sea turtle excursion with Jody and highly recommend doing this.We hope to visit again very soon."

"We loved this house and the location. You are walking distance to amazing beaches and the house provided a lot of needed items. Having the golf cart with the house was top notch, much needed for getting around. The prices on food items are high, so if you’re budgeting, keep that in mind.the house had plenty of towels and beach towels to use which was nice so you don’t have to pack them. April was very organized with having someone at the airport ready to pick us up and then someone to pick us up at the ferry dock to bring us to the house and same when we left. That was a extra service that was very appreciated! I would say the only con was we really wanted to do some kayaking since this was our kids first time seeing clear water, but the kayaks that came with the house weren’t in the best of shape and one was only a one person and was leaking. I wouldn’t even put that in the house description unless they are useable items and enough for the people renting. There are places to rent so that is an option. We had the best time and if we’re ever able to make it back to that area, I would definitely stay here again!"

"Comfortable and well furnished 3-BR with great open kitchen, but the action is toward the beach. Stunning views, and the boardwalk to the edge of the beach is dramatic to see and comfortable to walk on. The palapa and Adirondack chairs make lazing the day away almost mandatory, when you aren't actually in the ocean. Many basic spices and condiments as well as such necessities as coffee filters are in full supply. Plenty of hot water for showers, and a convenient hose on the deck for washing feet after a beach stroll. Location couldn't be better - walk to restaurants, shops and services with 10 or 15 minutes, or a 3 to 5 minute golf cart drive."
