The guys lost their key, host quickly had another one made and met them at their place of work to deliver the key to them. Appreciate the hosts attentiveness to our needs. "We had a great stay. Everything was as described and communication with the Owner was great too. We did receive some automated emails from a previous property manager that was no longer in effect so that was a bit confusing, but did not detract from our experience at all. We stayed in February and went to Punxsutawney for Groundhog Day which was a lot of fun. The cabin sits on a beautiful property - it would be fantastic in the warmer months. There were some good restaurant options in Coalport and Altoona. There is no tv and wifi was a little spotty for streaming, but again it did not detract from our visit as we were out and about exploring for the majority of our stay. Thanks for a great experience!"

"This property turned out much better than I expected from the pictures. Bar/Restaurant is closed since Covid times, so it is just a quiet simple place to rest. We had everything ready for our arrival, it was self check in. I suggest taking showers in the evening, because it is an old building and boiler is very slow to hit up, so in the morning you may run water for 15 min before it warms up. Giant Eagle and Dollar General and Sheetz are very close, across the hotel is an old church, police is one block away, so it is very safe and convenient place to be. And only 30 miles from Punxsutawney:)"
