"Pros: good location, relatively clean, fun games, good tv and streaming, owner is responsive.Wishes: bathroom and kitchen need updated. Stairs are steeper than I thought they would be. 2 small dogs annoying as you come in and out. Your must open 2 gates and walk on uneven path to get to door. People upstairs smoke so the smell comes through when the heat is on. You have to ask to have the heat turned on."
