The tents were adequate in size and the location was nice, but they provide only a fan (so in hot weather that might not be adequate), and we were there in fall, so it was in the low 40's at night. The tiny heater they provided did nothing to heat the 6 man tent, so we really froze all night. They did not provide us towels, even though they knew that morning we were checking in at night, so we paid $200 for a facility where we could not shower. When phoned, his response was that he was too far away, so we were out of luck. There was no one close to manage the facility. The bathrooms smelled and appeared dirty. We were riding motorcycles, so we did not carry a lot with us. I stated that this experience is "glamping" not "camping", so basic items like pillows, sheets, towels, etc. should be provided, but he did not respond and never offered any refund out of fairness to us. Worst experience of my life!
