"The B&B Borgo Vera was absolutely the perfect relaxation spot in Tuscany! An hour and a half drive from Rome. Easy found using Google maps. The roads for most of the drive were fine. "Nice ancient residence, lots of antique furniture & ambience, quiet w/comfy bed. Bathroom needed attention so shower wand fits wall & doesnt crash into the bath tub if moved & need a tub plug. Would be nice to add small lotion with bath soap to make this a more kuxurious stay. And the ancient door was VERY difficuot to lock in and out. Not good fire risk but you could knock the doo down if nec. Must make reservation for fabulous lake side dinner. Stroll down Viale Nicola Colesanti to lake side...

"Travelled with my wife and only chose the town because she was keen to experience the nearby Bagni San Fillipo.But Gli Archi and the town Abbadia San Salvatore both pleasantly surprised us. The house and our room were spotless and the owner lovelly.Room was huge and breakfast tasty. The Abbadia (Abbey) proved to be memorable,especially the multi columned crypt! Nearby Ospedale was perfect for all day free parking an easy walk from B&B."

"Property is amazing, a movie view, I mean what is in a good dream, staff very polite and kind. Perfectly clean.
