No comforter/blankets (especially in the winter months), no towels, no working TV, no pillowcase, half a roll of toilet paper and the door to my room and bathroom were wide open when I arrived late Tuesday evening. I used my wool coat for a sleep cover and a t-shirt for a towel. "
