Tunnel closure is huge impact. Tragic! And not permanent. The extra traffic should be gone in a few weeks!! It’s a great location - close to highway access. "

"Most of the staff was amazing, but there was a blonde, older front desk clerk that could use some retraining. She was not wearing a name tag, but she was on during the day. "The entire building was under renovation. I had to go up 2 floors for ice. The pool and fitness area was closed. The restaurant was torn up. My allergies were terrible from the construction dust. None of this was mentioned on Expedia when I booked the room that day. The price was high for such a mess. My room was clean and newly remodeled which was nice and breakfast was wonderful"
