"Nice stay! "

"My wife and I stay in Ely City twice a year. We previously stayed elsewhere, but that place had become run down and tired. The manager also became rude and nasty. Time to find a different place. We tried the Flamingo Inn and we've been coming back every year. The place is filled with route 66 charm. It is clean and the manager pleasant. It is also much cheaper than where we had been staying. My wife and I are looking forward in staying here for years to come."

"The only problem we had was with a long term rental next door who sounded like they were playing a rock concert in the room. The lady from the desk spoke to her twice but the music continued all night long. We were arriving late and leaving early and needed sleep between 2 16 hour driving days. She tried to resolve the problem and I don’t blame her but it did make our stay less accommodating."

"Although old and no frills, room 108 was clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, the AC/heater worked great, plenty of hot water for showers, and no sign of bugs inside or out."
