"Growing up in Lawton, the Wichita Mountains and Medicine Park were taken for granted. After 35 years of traveling the world we’ve rediscovered this awesome community and all of the natural treasures that exist here, and more importantly we introduced them to our teen son. "Girls weekend getaway. Incredible cabin. The location was perfect. We were able to walk into town to enjoy the shops. We will definitely be back. The views were beautiful along with a daily cardinal that visited each morning!"

"We love the peaceful view from the very large windows and from both the main and upstairs decks. The house is nice but not overly fussy. This allows for total relaxation. Just 5 minutes from MP downtown and the Wildlife Refuge, and yet on a peaceful road on the side of a mountain. My wife loves the hot tub on the deck. "

"This was a great place for our daughter's family day celebration after basic training. There is plenty of room for the group and the porches have scenic views. And a nice drive to Medicine Park shops and restaurants. It wasnt crowded at all."

"The Eagles Nest Cabin was cozy, yet not crowded. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. We enjoyed sitting outside with our coffee in the mornings and nice walks in the neighborhood. Our hosts seemed to have thought of every thing a guest might want or need - games and puzzles for inside days, outside games for nice days. It was a great jump off point for exploring the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Refuge. We enjoyed our stay very much."

"Everything about this property was perfect! It felt like home away from home. It had all the amenities plus extras. It was great to not have to worry about purchasing all the extras that were already there. It comfortably fit two families visiting Ft. Sill basic training graduation. We loved the views, and the visitors. :) It was perfect for family time together! "

"Our stay was for 3 nights at Christmas. The location in Cache is very nice and easy to get to. The property is clean and uniquely decorated. The cabin is a bit more private since it is located in the back of the property. Cabin was nicely decorated and had pretty much everything we needed. It was clean and the furniture and bed were comfortable. This is a great base camp location for exploring the Wichita Mountains Wildlife Reserve area. Not far from Lawton and Medicine Park either.
