"We were pleasantly surprised with how clean everything was. However, there was some trash left over in our room. I am sure it was just an oversight. I contacted the manager via text and it was taken care of straight away. The staff here take great pride in customer service. I loved that it was like a home with a kitchen, fridge, and stove top. It was easy to park and come and go as we pleased. Only one of our nights was noisy, but in a hotel it is kinda expected I guess. "

"Property is located in a good spot in downtown Boise. Walking distance to much of the nightlife downtown. The staff was not as friendly as they could have been, but still helpful. Shower had a crack in tile, as did the toilet. For a hotel of this caliber I would expect a little better."
