"This home was so much more than I expected. It was unique with its cozy southwestern flair. It was very clean and had all the amenities you would need. My husband and I had the whole house to ourselves and talked about how lovely it would be to come back with family at the holidays. The host was friendly and very accessible for any need. There are several steps in the home but they were clearly marked for safety. The beds were SO COMFORTABLE! This is an amazing place to stay. "

"The property was wonderful. The hosts have devoted much time and effort to providing thoughtful touches throughout. It was perfect for our needs, a two-day stay near downtown. It would be equally well-suited for a longer stay as a base from which to explore Austin. The patio with a pecan canopy was a delightful way to close out our first evening there."

"Really like the location and quiet of the property. Very private. The front door knob was loose, and the inside fireplace grate needs to be replaced. I would also suggest some sort of turn in indicator off of the main road. Perhaps a collection of different headlight reflectors. It is very dark and hard to see where to safely turn off the main road."

"The property was very clean and accommodating with the full kitchen and gave us that cozy vacation vibe. The house is located near local breweries and wineries for those relax afternoons and close enough to several state parks we got to visit and hike as a family. Will be coming back to enjoy the city Spicewood near land Travis till our hearts are contempt. "

"Property is as seen in the property description. The location is not what we expected. It is remote but when outside there is traffic noise from the highway and the view includes a couple of mobile homes. But it worked well for us as we were really just there for the sleeping arrangements and were out of the house during the day. "

"No complaints about this wondeful house. Great location, appointed nicely, great community space for plenty of people. Its a bit of a walk to the main attractions on confress but still plenty of restaurants and bars close. Cosmic pickle is very close we loved it and a quick jaunt back through thr neighborhood to moon coffee is recommended. "
