"This place has such an amazing view. Very comfortable place to wake up in. Have the best view to sit and have a cup of coffee and start your day. The only thing I would change is maybe a little bit more soundproofing from the clients downstairs. The first evening there were some louder clients downstairs. Understandably there's nothing the host can really do about it. Just unfortunate some people are louder than others."

"10/10 We were in town for a family friends funeral. We thought we'd minimize the hassle by renting a place instead of staying with them. When we booked the stay, we were honestly only expecting a couple bed cots, but the place had a full kitchen, living room area, bathroom with immediate hot water and a very large/comfortable bed. The snacks were a very nice touch. I'd recommend anybody to stay there, especially considering how kind the host was when we had to make sure we found the correct...

"Steve and Jen offer a great alternative to a hotel stay! The studio apartment is well setup with everything you need. Enjiy the provided fruit, coffe/tea, milk, butter, juice, chips and breakfast items. Bring groceries and cook your own meals - stove, oven, microwave, air fryer, and grill included along with spices and oil for cooking. Internet connection, internet tv and a good selection of DVD’s with a great audio/video system. Great hosts and great experience!"

"We had a great stay at the Shoreline. All of the rooms in the unit are large, giving us plenty of space for our family of 4. The unit was clean and the location was convenient for all of our activities in Kodiak. If you plan on using the laundry, make sure to take enough quarters. I believe it was $1.50 for a load in the wash and $2.00 per load to dry. We had a great stay and I would recommend staying here on a trip to Kodiak."

"Lodging was as advertised. A bit out of the way from downtown Kodiak, but not a far drive from anything and very clean. Would recommend if you need the space and/or a kitchen. "

"It is a great unit for privacy as this unit is detached from he main house. Nice view from the balcony. Newly renovated bathroom. Host, Stephen was extremely kind and welcoming. Communication was very good. He was very responsive with any questions and requests. Would definitely stay here again."

"We really enjoyed our stay at Sea Breeze. It is conveniently located near downtown and the harbor and has a great view of the water from the back porch. We would definitely stay again the next time we travel to Kodiak."

"I stayed here on a work trip and my wife and 1 year old tagged along. Stephen was quick to respond to our needs. We were in need of something every night with the little one. Place was clean and warm with the space heater. There was a extra twin bed we used for the little one. We were also able to rent a truck for the trip which was great to get out an see some bears."
