"Great homely guest house near the seafront in Westcliff. Comfy bed and spacious room. Tasty full English breakfast. Nozzle on room radiator was broken but staff were able to turn it off for me. They stored my luggage the day I left. Would definitely return!"

"This hotel was just perfect with sea view and a great balcony. Hotel was clean also,but it could of done with more coffee in room and little fridge with water and others drinks in ect.... A dressing grown and slippers for more of a comfortable touch would just be perfect and a grate finish overall the staff was very nice and helpful, look forward to are stay again."

"Total disgrace - they take your money then claim they are not a hotel. No reception and appalling service. Don't even consider booking with this bunch of total wasters!"

"I only stayed for a night but found it to be a warm and very friendly place the lady that greeted me was super friendly room was lovely cosy bed good night sleep highly recommended "

"Not brilliant really I'm afraid to say. Welcome was nice enough and the guy on duty was really happy to move his car so I could park my van in the parking area. He was very kind in this respect. However the room (no 2) was quite shabby. At first glance it looked ok but look closer and it definitely needs modernisation and at the very least a deep clean and paint job. "It was perfect for the lone female business self employed traveller and had everything I needed , fridge, microwave. These were a godsend. Only thing I would change is the height of the basin and mirror in the bathroom . I’m a average height female at 5’ 4” and the basin and mirror are set at a 6’2” male I’m sure lol apart from that all good would definitely stay again :) "
