"Dining options were limited and room service couldn’t be ordered from the room via phone or online. Breakfast buffet food was not great. Week nights were quiet in the hotel but it was different on weekends with kids running in the hallway and loud talking and music playing as well. "

"The first room I was given smelt like mold or a dirty and the second room had black small rubber bands all over the floor and fake eyelashes on the lamp stand. Also on one of the night stand it looked like someone had spilled red juice or threw up on the side of it. I’ll never stay at that location or hotel franchise again."

"This should not have been a rented unit! Toilet didn't want to flush! No coffee in room as stated although I did ask and was brought some. Coffee pot was broke, numerous drawers were broke or stuck open. Microwave didn't work light continuously on! TV and TV remote didn't work properly. TV died this morning when trying to lower volume. I have pictures of all. There was absolutely no security in the place the doors to enter in were wide open all night! It was advertised as a suite to be able to...
