You will be centrally-located in this up & coming neighbor that is close to everything! Brand new school is 300ft away, new medical center .5 mi away, shopping center to include grocery store and movie theater less than a mile away, and within a few miles of the major golf courses. Downtown is a couple miles away. Most vacationers are here to support golf and horse events but there is much to appreciate in Southern Pines or a few miles away in Pinehurst.

This charming older house has lots of character. It was renovated in 2022. It has two master king suites, and THREE king bedrooms (1 of which is a split-king as some guests prefer), 2 twins beds to comfortably sleep 8, and an air mattress for guests 9-10 if youre on a budget. There are THREE bathrooms with showers (no tub), two of which are tiled.

TVs are located in the living room and main master bedroom. This encourages board games and family time in main areas. One of my favorite aspects of this house is it sits atop a hill and so you mostly see treetops out of the windows, giving it a relaxing aura.

Washer and dryer is included along with kitchen supplies to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. We have house set up so all you need to do is bring your favorite clothes and food to be at home.
