"Thought the staff and service were excellent. A couple comments on the facilities would be that some things needed maintenance. The one shower was spaying water out of the hand held hose and out of four bbq's only one worked. There were a few frying pans for cooking, one stainless and two or three teflon - the teflon should be replaced as they were beyond scratched and ingesting that is not very healthy. Under Canvas was a great stay overall!"

"Our original room had a noise from water being flushed etc from above which was very noisy. We asked to be moved to another room which was granted and appreciated. "

"When we checked in, we were assigned a room that had a heavy chemical odor, as well as a cigarette smoke residue odor. We requested to be moved and they were able to accommodate us. The rooms are adequate though we could not get the drapes to completely block out light (from parking lot at night and sun in the morning). There was a moderate amount of noise from the hallways from other guests including slamming doors, loud voices and children running in halls. Breakfast was toast, muffins,...

"We stayed in the room with 2 queen beds and a pullout bed. It was fantastic, lots of space even with all the luggage. The breakfasts were always fantastic, but they could use some more waffle makers. It’s survival of the fittest trying to get one. All the staff were incredibly kind and friendly, more than I’ve remembered at another hotel. Plenty of parking, great hot tub, and close to Arches! I will absolutely stay again for my next trip to Moab. "
