"Some of the amenities should probably be updated but they were things that did not bother me. I could see how it could be an issue for others. It was a quaint and homey setting and good enough for me. I went on vacation and wasn’t planning on spending much time in my accommodations. The hosts answered all questions quickly. The location was suitable for exploring downtown or for traveling elsewhere. I loved the old stuff in it, hardwood flooring, cabinetry, trim and tile."

"It was a nice place, but IT'S IN THE BASEMENT. The upstairs is VERY noisy, a cleaning company is up there cleaning something maybe rugs or??? And it's LOUD, which gets old. Also smells like puppy, not sure if it's urine or wet dog smell but it's always there, like when you rent from a place that accepts doggos."

"The host for this property is garbage. My boyfriend is 30 and he kept threatening us to be evacuated because, he "looks" young. Tony, the host, also wanted to add fees every ten days. We paid a total of $3850 for 28 days, ridiculous. There was no window covering in 7° weather, this made it difficult to stay warm. My boyfriend is 6'2, if you are 5'10 or less, this would fit. His head touched the ceiling. The furniture is Goodwill quality. The floors are weak due to being flooded for a year. Tony...

"A wonderful stay with just me and my pup. Prime spot close to a really nice and open park to take my dog and lots of good food options nearby. A small but very nice and comfortable studio. Highly recommend!"

"I like the location and the property but it needs some attention. We had old towels and hardly enough, the cleaners left a tank top on the bathroom floor, the food and coffee were minimal and the overall property (inside and outside) showed many little signs of needing a little more TLC."

"Very unique place to stay."

"We arrived in a storm and the host came out and met us in the rain. He was very friendly and gave lots of helpful information about places to eat and things to do etc. The property was a basement that had been updated yet still smelled older and our things seemed damp during our stay. It also was listed as sleeping 6 but only slept three on beds. We decided to use sleeping bags and three of our kids slept on the floor. The access to the laundry and kitchen was helpful. "We are giving this a 5 star because the apartment met all our needs. We are from Cheyenne and this apartment met all our needs, a place to sleep, shower,cook our meals, unwind and have our dog with us. This is an older historical building. With lots of character. I appreciate the love and care put into the apartment's restoration. Reminded me of a couple of my first apartments years ago. "

"It was unlike any place we've ever stayed. So cool! Host was so friendly and showed us the other buildings on the property. Even gave us fresh eggs! There were games and movies, condiments, coffee, etc. Never had that before! The bed was excellent, along with the blankets they provided. We woke up to the roster every morning, watched the buffalo from our bedroom window and watched the horses from the kitchen window. The only thing that could have been better was it needed a good dusting. ...
