"Knob Hill is a beautiful, gracious home in a lovely neighborhood in Flint. Diana is a born host and a wonderful cook. She makes a delicious, generous hot breakfast each morning - for example, a cheese souffle, candied bacon, and a fresh baked muffin, with coffee and juice. She even provides complimentary wine and chocolates. The bed was comfy and everything was clean and well-appointed. This must surely be the nicest place to stay in Flint. "

"My husband and I love staying here when we are visiting the east side of the state. Hotel staff checks in with you via text during your stay and I love being able to ask questions this way instead of having to call the front desk. The rooms are always very clean, the beds are so comfortable with crisp, clean linens and the restaurant's food is delicious. 10/10 would recommend. "

"the room was clean, but there are signs of aging. The tile n the bathroom were very dirty on the top of them that made a boarder and also on the base of the shower door. "

"Staff and service was great! But the floor in the room was not cleaned or vacuumed! Left dirty glasses which I washed. Had to ask for breakfast menu every night!"
