"My wife and I had the pleasure of spending one night away from the kids in this charming little cabin. We loved everything about it. I wish the weather had been warmer so we could have enjoyed a little fire by the creek. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. They’ve done a great job creating a lovely cabin. I hope we can stay again the future. "

"The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. They had firewood available and a firepit to use. Had to call ahead to setup late check in, but they easily accomodated us and vheck in went smoothly. Location is very close to Garden of the Gods recreation area."

"My friends and I get together every winter for a few days at a cabin or lodge somewhere in the Midwest. This lodge was, by far, the best place we have ever stayed. Also, it is close to some of the interesting historic parks within the Shawnee National Forest. In addition, Jessica immediately responded to any questions we had while staying there. I highly recommend this lodge to anyone seeking peace and quiet for a gathering of friends or family."
