"Property fit our family of 10 perfectly. Owner had a new pack and play, make up towels and the beds were comfy. Super amazing communication from owner when we did not have few items. Although you enter a bit older area this home is fresh, super modern and AC cooled. Large backyard and easiest route to the airport ever. Keyless entry and games available for fun. One small concern and owner took care of immediately. I recommend staying here."

"This was the perfect spot for 6 adult men to sleep and shower while working long days at COTA for the Formula 1 races. Each had their own bed - and I mean BED! There are sofa beds, too, but they usually have to add air mattresses. Not here! And it was spotless. THE BEST: super quick responses with the manager!!! Also, close to restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. "

"This trip was booked for the sole purpose of the F1 races. The property was clean and has plenty of room. The communication was quick and precise from the minute it was reserved. The master bed room and shower was HUGE!!! Over all the property was amazing. If you are going to or coming from the track the location is perfect!! Easily 5 minutes from each. Major roadways are easily accessible to get to anywhere else. I would absolutely stay here again when I come back down for the race. "

"While the neighborhood in this area consists of some older homes, this house and a few others on the block stand apart. Being located on a cul-de-sac meant less traffic passing by and we were close enough to store and food to have things delivered. The owner was very responsive, especially when we arrive in a warm VRBO and they fixed the issue within the hour of us arriving. Ubers were not expensive to get to downtown and cars were easily able to pick us up and drop us off. Would absolutely stay...

"Great house. Stayed in the house with 3 other couples for a wedding. Private bedrooms with great, open common spaces to visit and relax. We used uber the entire stay and it was so easy and quick to get around from the house. Would stay here again."

The neighborhood is very working class, and conveniently located near a HEB and several fast-food restaurants.
