We had a pleasant experience at this hotel. It was close to many subway entrances and there was a pharmacy & Amazon Go store nearby for all of our needs. There were also a few bars & dining places around this hotel. We thought the hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. We did not experience any issues during our stay. We liked that the rooms were very spacious & so was the bathroom. The only thing is I wish that they had a bar or restaurant in the hotel, but that’s no fault on them that’s just a personal preference. Other than that, I liked the location accessibility to both uptown and downtown areas via the subway. We were also within a 10ish min walking distance of 5th avenue and Rockefeller center which was nice!

Location is great for shopping and restaurants.
Room decor is interesting and pretty.
Standout brunch on Sunday morning.
Glitches:
1). the porter placed my two suitcases directly against the wall heater. When I returned from dinner and went to open one of the suitcases, the handle was very hot. Fortunately, there was no permanent damage to my hand or the sides of the suitcases, but the porter really should know not to place suitcases in that location.
2). We were hoping to arrange dinner for 8 guests on the Sunday night. It was not bookable online because of the guest count. I left a message with the restaurant and no one called me back. We ended up just booking the dinner elsewhere, but I felt that there should be a more convenient way to message the restaurant.
