"A luxury cottage that is an ideal family retreat. A short drive down to Sauble made beach days with family and friends easily accessible. Evenings were spent preparing meals in a well appointed kitchen and enjoying the deck and the campfire pit. "The gardens did need weeding but the lawn was well groomed. The house has street appeal in a country type setting in the town of Paisley, Ontario. Inside was very clean, with new flooring and paint. New Refrigerator and dishwasher and modern ceran top stove. Three bedrooms very spacious but one of the beds was very uncomfortable. "Our family (3 generations) stayed in this lovely home while discovering all Sauble Beach has to offer. Once we settled in, it felt like home. Nothing was missing, from cozy living room for rainy day movies, to the perfect dining room for those family meals or board games. The beds were amazingly comfortable! "The stay was A1. Lodging was perfect 👍 my brother from Quebec. Brother-in-law and nephew NS, my sons and grandson and a family friend from St Catherine’s some stayed most came at different days the golf course and weather was great Thank you for the cottage 🏌️🙏😁"

"This is a very beautiful new house. Even our 9, 7 and 4 year olds recognized that. The decorating choices were much to our taste. The location was great. Walkable to the beach but away from the hustle and bustle of the main area. The outdoor deck and fire pit were very nice. The kitchen was well stocked but being a party of 7 we would have appreciated more dishes especially plates. We bought paper plates to get us through. Overall we really enjoyed our stay."

"We had a wonderful time at this property. The place exceeded our expectations. It provided enough silence and privacy for our families. The house was very clean. The backyard had some minor garbage from previous guests, but it wasn't a big deal, and we cleaned it up quickly. Our only suggestion is to have a bigger or newer BBQ, although the current one still works well."
