One bathroom and three bedrooms on the main floor, including a king-size bed, a queen bed, and bunk beds with a trundle (sleeps 4) There is also a bedroom (full-sized bed) and bathroom on the basement level and a futon bed in the living area of the basement. The basement also has additional couches and a television and adds additional space for your guests.
Brand new 20x40 heated saltwater gunite pool, newly landscaped yard with room for games and lawn activities. Bluestone patio around the pool and a wood deck for dining. Restoration Hardware outdoor table with chairs and lounge chairs and couch. Outdoor speakers add to your enjoyment!

The house sits on more than 1/2 acre of property. four car driveway can fit six if needed. Convenient location to all amenities, including train station (.5 miles), town (.6 miles), (1.5 miles) old Town Beach, and Cooper's Beach (3.0 miles).
Normal usage of the following utilities is included in the total reservation amount:
Pool Heating (if applicable), Heating Natural Gas, Electricity, Cable/TV/Internet/Phone, and Garbage Removal.
Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., the outdoor pool will be available for use April through October. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking. Please note that the additional charges may be incurred for excessive use of gas during cooler weather.
Cleanings during a guest's stay are not included in the cost of utilities. All reservations longer than two weeks must be professionally cleaned once per week, the cost of which is borne by the guest. The cost of in-stay cleanings are separate and above the fees collected at the time of booking.
Please note that pursuant to the Suffolk County Hotel and Motel Occupancy Tax law, Chapter 523, Article II of the Suffolk County (NY) Code, short term rentals less than 30 days are required to be taxed at a rate of 5.5% of the per nightly rate. If your rental inquiry is for more than 30 days, please let me know and the tax will be removed from your rental price.
