The door opened without the electronic key. Walked into the room, looked around, walked out, returned to the front office, requested refund.They agreed to refund without asking for a reason. I had picture proof but they didn’t care to see them, nor did they ask why I was checking out; they knew. I drove to a well lit Chick-fil-A parking lot, cried, pulled out my phone and found a safe place to stay for the night."
