The main floor of the home features the living /dining/ kitchen areas as well as a powder room and access to the waterfront back deck and outdoor shower. The upper floor features the four bedrooms and two more full baths. One bedroom has a king bed and ensuite bath, two bedrooms have queen beds, and the final bedroom has two single beds. Central AC throughout the house will keep you cool on those balmy summer nights.
Subject to applicable taxes and fees. All 2024 bookings are 3 night minimums, check in/out any day. Dogs are considered for an additional cleaning fee of $250 per dog. If you plan on bringing a boat to tie up the dock usage fee for each tenancy is $500. Tenants provide their own linens and towels. All Robert Paul Vacation Rental bookings include a non-refundable $250 fee that includes administrative fee and damage waiver assurance for self-reported incidental damage up to $1,000.00.
