Great location, across from a beautiful beach. Bed for comfortable and sheets were super soft and elegant. Had problem with hot water that got resolved after 3 cool showers. No chairs or table in room for reading r eating. No breakfast on site. Needs attention. Staff was very nice .

I would have to rate this property as excellent however, these were the cons that I experienced . The double queen bedrooms floor you felt like you were at the beach. There was so much sand on the floor obviously not being cleaned properly. The bathroom has a window that the light shines through all night long we were in room 120 and it was rather annoying not even to have a curtain on it. The Internet is horrible barely had any. Mattress was comfortable however, the wooden base is dangerous. If you're getting up at night, you can bang your leg on the edge of the wooden frame. The mini refrigerator is a mini mini refrigerator enough to hold two bottles of water. That should definitely be addressed immediately. Luckily we brought our yeti cooler so we kept filling it with ice to keep our refrigeration things cold. Pros are the bed was extremely comfortable beautifully made up the room has a lovely Seascape. The water was hot but had to let it run for a while. I'm not used to Samsung TV so we just ended up watching Netflix or the news different type of cable similar to Roku.I hate. Front desk staff were very helpful especially the girls when we checked in super friendly and full of nice suggestions. The pool area was very quite very nice considering it's practically off-season. . It’s a place where beachy vibes meet modern comfort, and where you’ll feel like you’re visiting family—except this family has an interior decorator and actually knows how to make a bed! First off, let me tell you about Roslyn and Kathy, the dynamic duo holding down the front desk. Roslyn is the kind of person who instantly makes you feel at home, and I’m pretty sure if I stayed one more night, she would’ve been sending me off with a new mascara 😉 Then there’s Kathy—Cape Cod’s unofficial ambassador and possibly its most enthusiastic tour guide. Want to know the best clam shack within a 50-mile radius? Kathy’s got you. Curious about the secret beach spots where you can pretend you’re in a Nicholas Sparks novel? Kathy’s your girl. I’m convinced she could draw a map of Cape Cod from memory! Now, about the rooms. Picture this: you step into your room at the Bluebird Parker, and it’s like walking into an HGTV makeover show. The decor is sleek, modern, and beachy without going overboard on the seashell motifs—just the right amount of “I’m on vacation and not trying too hard.” The beds? Absolute cloud status. I practically had to drag myself out each morning! And the bonus? Beach across the street ⛱️

Barbie size refrigerator. Slightly larger micro wave. Nothing fit in fridge, small plate only fits micro wave. No complimentary beverage(water). Hit ankles on oversized bed platforms. No table and chairs to sit at. Bathroom floor textured dirty in depressions. No mat outside door. So sand comes in room. Pool tiny. Best thing was staff was kind and helpful.
