"This home is a beautiful refuge. Lots of windows offer breathtaking views and colorful sunsets. The house is well-furnished and equipped. The owner was accessible and invested in our comfort in his home. Renters should understand, however, that the primary bedroom is in a loft, with no shades or drapes to cover the windows. If all that light/exposure would be a sleep issue for other renters, they should bring a good sleep mask. "

"Our family really enjoyed this home over a long fall weekend. The home is immaculate with plenty of space/bathrooms for my 3 adult kids and my husband and I. "This was our second stay at this house. For being a somewhat smaller house, it has all your need for a ski weekend. Our family of 6 did just fine with sleeping arrangements and amenities to cook meals and just relax. It’s so close to the hunter downtown area and ski area. Very convenient. "

"Everything on the property was exactly as described and better. My adult siblings and I have been renting ski homes for the past 18 years and I can honestly say that this was the nicest home we have stayed in. Well equipped with everything you would need and stocked well with garbage bags, paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The kitchen cabinets were all labeled which made things easier to find and return to their proper places. "We stayed here on a ski trip with friends. The property manager forgot to have the house cleaned before we came, and as a result the cleaners arrived when we arrived to check in. We wanted to eat dinner at the house but were forced to go out for dinner since it was not ready. The house was missing any blinds in 2 of the three main bedrooms (a big deal for parents with kids who wake up with the sun), and the tv did not work. The main toilet was brown and disgusting and master toilet was not...

"Well-appointed VRBO that my family absolutely loved. Kids did not want to leave. Takes about 10 min to get to Windham when the weather is good, about 15 min in inclement weather. We had a four-wheel drive vehicle so had no issues with the driveway but with a normal car it could be tricky if it's snowing or icy. Highly recommended! "

"We very much enjoyed our time spent at Eagles Nest playing pickleball, ping pong, time at the pool and using the various boating equipment. Just beware as you may encounter a water snake or 2 but they are timid and we continued enjoying the dock activities such as fishing, kayaking, paddleboating or just laying on the floating mat.
