Sunshine Cottage - walk to the beach

This older-style cottage offers a central location, just a short walk to both the beach and town. It features one bedroom with a queen bed and two sleepouts—one with a double bed and the other with single bunks—making it perfect for small groups or families. The property includes off-street parking, a television, and a fully enclosed yard, ideal for relaxing outdoors.

Pet-friendly for one small outside dog, the cottage provides a comfortable and convenient base for your coastal getaway.

Please Note: 'Sunshine Cottage' requires payment of a $250 refundable security deposit. A post departure inspection is required before funds are released.

Linen is not supplied in this holiday letting so you will need to bring your own-sheets, pillowcases, towels, tea towels & tablecloths. You will also need to provide your own toilet paper, soap & dish washing liquid etc. If you do not wish to bring linen, you will receive the contact details for the linen hire firms in your confirmation email.

We have stayed many times. Old property , clean and comfortable . Only complaint , bedroom ceiling fan very dirty, would appreciate if it could be cleaned by next year

lovely little house,,,but
we love this little house but it is starting to get run down, we have been staying here for quiet a few years now, sad to see it like this. the person/persons who are the cleaner are definitely not doing there job, do not clean under beds, lounges etc & it needs a little bit of attention, re# screens on windows ripped or not on at all, doors do not close over properly, mat in lounge room needs to be replaced, washing machine was filthy & dose not wash properly the house was cleaner when we left than what it was when we arrived

Handy location
We stayed there several years ago and again recently. Handy location though the beds are old and uncompfortable. Who ever is cleaning the place isn't doing a very good job. Could do with some furniture updating.
