Delightful three bedroom beach house located just 200 metres from Main Beach & Horseshoe Bay, take the kids to the park to enjoy all the new play equipment or along the bike path. Only a short stroll to the local restaurants and shops.

This holiday house is ideal to accommodate couples and perfect for families.

Lovely light, living area with a ceiling fan, modern décor and appliances including LCD TV, DVD player and Foxtel.

Bedding consists of a new queen bed ensemble in main bedroom with ceiling fan, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed with a ceiling fan and the 3rd bedroom has 1 set of bunk beds and a single bed. There is the added addition of a fold away bed for that extra guest so can sleep 8 upon request.

There is an internal laundry located in the bathroom with washing machine and dryer. Second toilet located off the deck outside.

Spill from the kitchen to the deck to enjoy a BBQ with family or friends while you watch the kids playing in the fully fenced yard.

Mandy's is pet friendly so you can bring your furry friend with you. Plenty of room for a boat/trailer.

Please note this property is Pet Friendly , however your furry friends must remain outdoors.
Under no circumstances are you furry friends allowed inside.

Please note that sheets and towels are not supplied however can be hired for an additional fee, please contact our office and we will arrange this for you.

While we ensure that all beds are equipped with mattress protectors, pillows, pillowcases, quilts, and quilt covers, we kindly ask guests to bring their own sheets, towels, bath mats, and tea towels. Additionally, guests are expected to provide their own laundry detergent, dish soap, personal soap, and toilet paper among other personal necessities.

Unfortunately, the house needs some updating and TLC. The real-estate agent was helpful but couldn't fix all the issues there and then. Hopefully in the near future the issues will be solved, and we will be happy to return after that but not in the current condition.
