"Love the pool area and right across was the beach. Only problem was the hot tub was really cold. When asked staff said it was cause it was powered by air condition of the rooms so if there’s no one using the air condition not so many people in the hotel it won’t be warm cause they Are eco friendly. Also the restaurant downstairs didn’t offer much for variety for breakfast. Set menus per day and quite expensive. Staff was very friendly. "Overall, my experience was delightful. The staff were polite and incredibly helpful, and the room was clean and comfortable. One suggestion I have is to consider adding a clock, perhaps on the work desk or bedside table, as it would make it easier for guests to keep track of time. "The hotel is a little shabby but what sets it apart from other flashier hotels is the staff service in the Executive Club Lounge. Having cold non alcoholic beverages available during the day was always welcome after coming in from the heat. In the evening alcohol - wines and spirits are served between 6 to 8 pm. Different warm dishes eg prawn cutlets, chicken skewers, curry puffs together with cheese and biscuits, savoury nibbles and cakes were also supplied. What the hotel lacks in ambience however is completely overshadowed by the amazing friendly staff in the Executive Club. Agnes, Ray, Ivy, Ralph, Mei, and Desmond were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them. The rooms are clean, internet was fast and the view across the bay magnificent. The pool area lacked charm and the water was freezing. A spa would have been a welcome addition. Would I stay here again? Most definitely. "

Crowne Plaza Changi Airport, an IHG Hotel

"You really can’t beat the location of the Crowne Plaza for transiting as it’s literally attached to the airport. The room decor is a bit stuffy but the bed was comfortable, excellent shower and bath products, fluffy towels & a robe. and even a tap for filtered drinking water. I had a great sleep and was refreshed before my next flight! "
