"The property was a perfect location for our needs. We were there for a trade show. The property has 2 bedrooms 2 full baths. Beds were comfortable. Parking is excellent, you have a reserved spot in the garage.There are comments about the road noise on Washington on Saturday night. Yes its loud but you are on a main road. The rest of the days the sounds are normal. We are planning on staying there again for next years show"

"The property it's self was very good. They didn't have what we needed to be able to cook, but when I contacted him, they brought over pots and pans and more bowls and plates. The parking was good. The beds were nice. The apartment was well decorated. The laundry was easy to use. "I rented this for my 85yr old friend who could not stay here as there was no disclosure of all the stairs into the building or the stairs leading down to the condo which she could not do. There was trash around the outside of the building, the door into the building has glass broken out of it with a snow shovel (in September) holding the door open. The proper management is snotty & rude and would not refund the purchase price after it was conveyed that my friend could not & did not stay there...

"This is a beautiful, well-appointed apartment. Immaculate and quiet top floor location. The amenities are fantastic and well-maintained. Location of the apartment complex is great with lots of nearby restaurants and shopping, convenient access to major thoroughfares. We had some initial difficulties gaining access into the apartment but owner was very responsive and resolved the issue timely. This is our second stay here and we would stay again"

We loved the thoughtful renovation of the historic building, and the super convenient location.
