"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

"Everything was great. My only issue was that anytime anyone within 10 rooms of us, let their door shut, it was extremely loud. Abnormally loud. It woke me up everytime. Like, scary loud. They would do well to put a strip of fabric in the door jam to pad it a bit. Other than that, it was a very nice place. "

"While this hotel isn't the most up to date, it is always clean and all of the staff are so very friendly. The hotel furniture could use updating so that all the rooms match, but not a deal breaker for the cheap price. The only issue I have ever had is that the shower curtains need to be replaced or bleached clean, and the bathroom doesnt have a vent. I have been staying at this hotel off and on for 2 years. Always a great experience. The lobby area is amazing to look at - filled with all types...
