"The elevators were broke and we had to wait for 20 mins to get to our room or to get down from our room as it was overcrowded and limited to one slow elevator for the whole hotel, our AC was broke in our room when we called the front desk for fix or a fan they said they would call back and never did, I was also charged an unauthorized 107.33 by the hotel that I am still waiting on return. Not happy!"

When I was asked the purpose of our visit, the clerk was helpful in giving directions to the event center. The room was clean and spacious. The bed and pillows were super comfortable."

"Great place for the vaue. Bed was ok, recliner, chairs, desk, in a very large room. Overall it was clean, the few things that stood out could easily be touched up and it would have been in prime shape. The courtyard is so nice with large beautiful live trees and plants. "
