"I took my parents to a nice trip to SF. This hotel made their and my experience even more pleasant! Hotel was clean, employees were excellent, nice, very professional and provided breakfast was great! Nicholas helped me to check in a few times and he was awesome! He was very friendly and helpful. Because of that, I will definitely see Embassy Suit SF as an option when I come back! Lastly the airport view & landings were just breathtaking! "

"Loved that it was actually a hot breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only thing we disliked was that we had an end room and the outside wall was very damp and the carpet felt damp to walk on. Would request an inside room next time"
