"Just returned from a lovely holiday at Bovisand. The views across Plymouth sound were amazing and the kids had a great time. Everything was just as described and our hosts were everything you could ask for. I only had very minor issues. The first being the road into the estate is not for the faint hearted, very narrow single track road with limited visibilty. Had a couple of near misses with drivers driving too fast. "Arrived at the accommodation with clear instructions from AJ the host. Parking was accessible and plentiful. Check in was easy with the key left in a lockbox. Chalet was very clean and well furnished with all the kitchen amenities that we needed. We did cook on a couple of occasions and it helped to have everything we needed there, the host even left some essentials such as cooking oil milk etc. which was much appreciated. Location was great, Dartmouth harbour was stunning when the sun came...

"On opening the door the smell of damp and mould hit you the beds where soo damp utensils in kitchen draw were mouldy there was no hot water in kitchen and the shower had no hot water ,there were no batteries in the dvd remote so could not use it so all in all stay was not good in fact we came home early as we had had enough we could not contact the owner as there was no WiFi on site and the mobile number he had given was incorrect"

"We stayed in the newly launched chalets (2023) and had a wonderful mini break. The accommodation was perfect for our needs (2 adults 3 children) and the location was brilliant. It was great to re-discover Brixham. The site is right on the coast (albeit a steep climb back up!) and the walk along the coastal path to Brixham was just lovely."

"We loved our stay in Brixham and couldn't get enough of the view from the living area. The property has everything you need and more. We loved having the option of a bath and a shower and even with my fear of heights, I managed the external staircase! We enjoyed lots of walks and some cycling. Would recommend researching the route to Kingswear better than we did. Very beautiful but more challenging than we anticipated! We thoroughly recommend this property and wouldn't hesitate to book...
