On checkin there was only 1 towel & 1 water in the room but after a phone call housekeeping quickly brought the 2nd. Tishan is an excellent front desk rep. Super friendly, thorough & helpful. My booking said free breakfast which they don't do anymore but he honored it & put a note in our reservation so it wouldn't be an issue at checkout, and it wasn't. "Checking in was easy property outdoors are clean. Room was clean also.. pool was clean and easy access. Need to pay attention to the pillows and sheets. I would like to think that the pillow cases were washed together with something cotton as there was some residue of white stuff. For the rest it was clean. I Would stay there again. "
