"We had no reply to our message to arrange check in. The whole complex was deserted when we arrived. We did not know which apartment was ours. We had to make frantic calls to find out who to speak to. It was midday, had walked from the main road with our luggage, blazing heat, and we had a 4 year old. Eventually, we got in. "Stunning Villa with excellent home comforts and some pleasing extras of robes slippers and good quality towels and linens. The view is amazing better than expected with superb sunsets. The villa is so clean fresh and modern and definitely away from it all. Be prepared for windy roads but a 4x4 is not needed we had a little Clio which was fine. Also be prepared for some insects and bugs if you like nature you’ll love it…the view is worth it. The owner was so helpful and easy to contact. Thanks...

"Our stay was marvelous! The host was very helpfull, helping with sea taxi areangments, car rentals. Sharing the tips for the best beaches. The property is lovely with 3 double rooms, so we were a party of: me with a kid, my sis with 2 kids and our mum. We each had own room. The kitchen is well equiped with a large fridge. The pool area is lovely even better then on pictures! The ride to property is steep but I could do it even if not used for manual and driving manual on the island 😀. So...

"Die Einrichtung wirkt auf den ersten Blick vielleicht kitschig. Aber alles in allem ist "Bird" eine wunderschöne Wohnung. Es ist für eine Ferienwohnung bestens ausgestattet. Es wird täglich der Müll geholt, das Bett gemacht und regelmäßig Bettwäsche und Handtücher gewechselt. Das Haus ist an einem steilen Hang und darum ist ein Auto empfehlenswert. Der Weg zu Fuß ist aus meiner Sicht zu beschwerlich. Der Pool ist phantastisch und die Aussicht auf den Sonnenaufgang war jeden Morgen phänomenal....

Villa Kalyves is in an amazing secluded location but within easy reach of both Neo Klima and Glossa and also with a couple of beaches a short walk away. "Wonderful stone house with a beautigul garden. You'll find everything you need since house is well equipped. Clean bedclothes and towels. Air conditionnig and wifi working vey well. House and garden gives you shade to rest after a day on the beach. The parking space with a gate on the property. 10-15 minutes walking to the seaside with beaches, shops and restaurants. Owners are extremly friendly and helpful.And Pelion is so beautiful place. This was one of the best holidays ever "

"We booked this property for end of September 2024 based on the reviews we read and we liked the look of the pool area. We was not disappointed. The staff were excellent and every request was met with a speedy response and the hotel was very clean. The pool was great with stunning views. However, to have these views you have to be prepared to climb some hills. Yes it was hard work but well worth the effort as the view is simply beautiful. It was around a10min walk into Skiathos town which is easy as downhill and about 5mins to the small beach with its lovely Tavernas. In the evenings we would get a taxi back from the town which cost around 10 euros from the harbour. We had breakfast included and it was basic and was served in the breakfast room. Coffee was great. The pool bar was limited but reasonably priced. Food was great offering a fantastic Thai menu and the usual salads, burgers and snacks you would expect. In summery, this was great value and very relaxing. We will definitely be returning and special thanks to the team for looking after us so well. "

"Fantastic stay at Elivi. Facilities were fantastic and the hotel grounds are stunning. Impeccable buggy service around the grounds. Upgraded when we arrived and had our own pool. The restaurants were great, only negative was that the restaurants were very empty for dinner but that was more because it was end of season. Only criticism was that the bars by the beaches closed at 6pm and we wanted to sit with a drink and watch the sunset but no bars open. Again, think this is different in peak times. Overall, fabulous stay. A little expensive but fully worth it for pure luxury and relaxation. "
