Luxury decorated and registered by the Greek Tourist Office as 'A' Category MHTE 0726K123K01268-0. Our house is within 7000m2 of ecological cultivation. The sea is 1500 m away. The large terrace has a panoramic view and fantastic sunset of the entire gulf and Mt Pilion. The sheets and the towels are changed every week. The cleaning of the apartment, heating, air-conditioning, hot water etc. are included in the price. The prices are depending of the persons and the nights or the saison of occupation.

Stunning & tranquil location with much on offer...
You will be well looked after in Madalena's well-equipped apartment. On the night I arrived one of their children were holidaying with them along with another couple and I was welcomed with a cool glass of wine and supper! Merci Madalena! Babiche and Madalena live below, you live above. The apartment is spacious and offers a balcony with stunning views. There is a fine beach 10min scooter ride away (at the far end of the delightful village Afissos. There is a small village 15min walk (Afetes) away with 2 good tavernas and a small market store. There are many tavernas to choose from within 30 min drive. The Pelion peninsular has fascinating geography and a distinct difference between east and west sides. There is a lot to explore and I could easily have stayed another month. Babiche took me to the gardens of the Archaeological Museum in Volos where he works as a language expert. On this summery evening there was a concert in the garden featuring noted singers and musicians. It was wonderful! A super display of the rich Greek culture. The museum is well worth visiting too and there are a number of archaeological sites in the Pelion to visit. Thank you Madalena and Babiche for a wonderful holiday - I look forward to returning!

Die Apartments von Madalena waren für uns ein günstiger Ausgangspunkt um die Region zu erkunden. Die Gastgeber geben jederzeit bereitwillig Auskunft über Aktivitäten, Tavernen, Strände. Die Katzen und der kleine Hund sowie die gesamte Anlage war für unsere Kinder ein Highlight.

Traumhafter Blick in die untergehende Sonne....
Mit meinen beiden Töchtern haben wir einen unvergesslichen Urlaub hier verbracht. Es gibt so viele wunderbare Strände und Ecken auf dem Pilion zu entdecken! Unsere Gastgeber waren phantastisch. Immer ein nettes Wort, einen guten Tipp - und oft sogar einen Teller mit Köstlichkeiten. Mit dem Auto ist alles prima zu erreichen. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war für uns vollig ausreichend. Der Blick in den jeden Abend wechselnden Sonnenuntergang und den Sternenhimmel - großartig. Es waren Tage, von denen wir noch lange im dunklen Winter zehren werden. Danke!

Très bon séjour, très agréable.
Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine chez Madalena et Babis, personnes très sympathiques et agréables. La région est superbe et très riche en découvertes. A noter: le logement est un peu petit pour 4 personnes et les équipements un peu limités pour les enfants. Mais Je recommande!!

Le logement était très bien situé pour visiter le Pélion. Le cadre environnemental très agréable (calme et vue magnifique). Madalena et Babis se sont montrés très disponibles et de bon conseil. Merci à eux. A noter que le Barbecue est à partager avec nos hôtes et que la lessive est à prendre en supplément.

Logement très propre, environnement particulièrement silencieux dans un très joli décor. L'équipement est complet. Les indications fournies dans l'annonce permettent un accès aisé. Les propriétaires sont disponibles, serviables et fort sympathiques. Madalena est professionelle. Son mari, Babis, a une connaissance appréciable de la culture grecque. C'est un philosophe et un humaniste. Séjour un peu court hélas.

Les deux studios proposés sont idéalement placés au milieu d''oliviers près du village d''Affetes (5 mn à pied) et surplombent la mer. La vue est splendide et les couchers de soleil inoubliables. D''une propreté impeccable, fonctionnels, les studios conviennent parfaitement pour une famille avec ou sans enfants. Madalena et son mari réservent aux locataires un accueil chaleureux et dispensent de précieux conseils sur la région. Le Pélion offre des paysages époustouflants et une mer exceptionnelle. Bref, une excellente adresse à tout point de vue."

"Un endroit magnifique, entre mer et montagne, des paysages variés et des lieux inoubliables (un repas en bord de mer, la côte de la mer Egée). L'accueil fut chaleureux et le studio est très agréable. Les conseils des propriétaires furent d'une grande utilité. Bâtie au sommet d''une colline aux pentes douces peuplée d''oliviers, la maison offre au visiteur repos, tranquillité et une vue magnifique sur la mer avec, chaque soir, un superbe coucher de soleil. "We hadden de pech dat ne...
"We hadden de pech dat net toen wij zouden reizen, de luchtverkeersleiders in Griekenland gingen staken... Contact met Madalena, de eigenaresse, maakte dat we wisten verwacht te worden ook al werd het wat later. Twee dagen later kregen we een warm welkom. Natuurlijk moet je even wennen aan elkaar,zeker omdat we normaliter ons vooral richten op verlaten stekjes en Madalena in haar enthousiasme juist veel tips en ideeën van de hand wilde doen. Maar eenmaal geaard konden we haar aandacht en zorgzaamheid (en haar man's borrelhapjes en humor :-) zeer waarderen. Een heerlijk compact appartement met een fantastisch uitzicht vanaf de veranda op zee. Een schattig dorpje op loopafstand met 2 prima restaurants en overal in de buurt lekkere strandjes. Dat gecombineerd met een zomers temperatuurtje maakte ons verblijf zeer geslaagd. Een aanrader! Nicole en Peter uit Haarlem, Nederland "

"Maison idealement situee en plein coeur des olivaies et avec vue splendide sur la mer.Entierement equipee, propre, jolie, on a tt pour etre heureux. Les enfants se retrouvent au contact avec la nature en pleine liberte de courir, de decouvrir et de jouer avec le formidable chien Khan de la famille qui fait partie integrale du cadre!! La famille d' ailleurs qui est tres polie et discrete et qui est la aussi pour servir de guide et faciliter notre sejour. Un mot aussi pour le village d'Afetes qui selon moi est un des meilleurs villages de Pilion et qui sert comme point de depart pour d' autres decouvertes... Merci "
