"One of those properties which is very rare and so uniquely placed !! House needs a touch of attention, but that is to be expected given the age. Ready for that first injection of rehab capital at that 15 to 20 year mark. However, not an issue at all, just to me mindful. Pool is just big enough for 4-5 kids to play and have fun.
