Amazing condo and beach view! The condo was clean, updated and very nice. Every morning I would sit on the balcony watching the sunrise was one of my favorite things to do. Very happy with our stay and I highly recommend this condo.

Great place!
The ease of the check in and check out was efficient and super easy. The condo was exactly as listed, clean and comfortable. Great location on the beach. Two adults couples with an abundance of space. Highly recommend.

Fantastic property!!! Right on the beach, very nice pool/sunning deck area, restaurants, grocery etc. within walking distance. 2 very nice bedrooms each with a private bath and very nice kitchen/gathering/living area. SO great!!!

We had a lovely time, the condo was super clean and nicely decorated. Enough coffee, dishwasher tablets and bin bags were provided so we didn’t need to go out and buy more, which was really good. There were loads of places within walking distance to eat and the view was so beautiful. Would love to stay again - thank you

Spectacular!
Contemporary, clean and unobtrusive interior design. Very welcoming and relaxing. The balcony provided our favorite place to watch the sunrise and sunset. We thoroughly enjoyed this much need time away from our very busy schedules. Leaving very refreshed and blessed!

Condo was spacious and clean and beachfront as described. Requested early check in, was told we would receive a call when condo was ready and never did. We did not see any staff in the condo when we arrived early. No bathrooms by pool area. Overall, good spot to be right on the beach.

Great location, easy access to beach, shops, food. Free bus to take you around the island. Very clean and comfortable. Awesome view. No beach towels, chairs, umbrella. Items that should be included for a beach stay are not included. Also the sink in the master bath was backed up but was repaired quickly.

This place was pleasantly just as displayed in pics. Was very clean, updated furnishings and decor. The beds were amazingly comfortable! Just as described and more! My husband and I traveled with our 18 year old son and out of 4 places during our trip to TX this was by far the best. It was great having not only two bedrooms, but he had his own bathroom as well. The ocean views were nothing less than spectacular, getting to it was a simple short walk. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo!!

Weren't told til day of arrival that there was construction and we couldn't use the balcony. We paid extra for a property with a balcony and view. Noisy construction went on throughout our 5 day stay - couldn't use balcony for 3 of those days.

Excellent location! Gorgeous condo. Ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work, could use a towel bar or towel hooks for hanging towels to dry in master bathroom. Temperature in the condo over night was some how higher when we woke up than it was set when going to bed.

Lovely room. Great views.
The condo is very nicely decorated and has every comfort we needed. Felt right at home. I chose it for the view of the water and it didn’t disappoint. One note: The complex is serious about parking. Someone in our group had their car towed for parking near the dumpsters for about an hour, thinking it was open for guests. Oops!

The property was fine, although remodeled the standard left a bit to be desired…Master bedroom fan not working called in maintenance and they bought a stand up fan also ac did not stay cold overnight even when putting it down it was back up in the morning…kitchen had lots of plates and cutlery but was sparse on all other utensils…large stain on sofa, didn’t look very nice area rug needs replacing…bed linen looked nice and clean…the best thing about this condo was the view it was superb…South padre island is a lovely place to visit, I am not sure if I would stay at this condo again though, if I can find something a bit better with that view that would be great…overall the condo was good for the four of us however anymore than that might be a push…

The Kuerig didn't work and they refused to replace it. Its 100% inconvenient to have to drive to get towels. No one returned my call.

Great Until Water Heater Went Out
The condo is very nice and very clean. What you see in the photos is what you get. However the owner and management company failed us during our stay. The water heater went out on Thursday and no one assisted us after the plumber told us it couldn’t be fixed and should have been fixed many weeks ago. We still have not heard from the owner or management company about having to take cold showers with hot water in a pot. Very disappointed in customer service through the management company. They were of no help to us.

Condo is super clean
We had 4 adults on this trip. Both rooms are set up like 2 master suites. The main master ceiling fan doesn’t work so will need maintenance to fix that. Fan would help to keep the room cooler at night. The AC is a “nest” system so we contacted the managing host in order to have the owner unlock the next system so we could set it at what temp we needed and keep it there. Kitchen has all the things you need. Quick and easy access to beach. We enjoyed our stay! Parking was easy but when bringing more than 1 car they only allow 1 parking pass so your other guest will have to use the public parking across the street from Suntide II which worked out great. Bring extra toilet paper, shampoo, conditioner and soap if staying more than a weekend. I wld def rate this condo 5 stars. Everything was great! Wld def come back! Oh beds were comfy! Small condo complex and great beach location! Close to eating places and small grocery store which worked out great for us!!
