We had a wonderful stay at this property, there were a few issues with the pool/hot tub at first but they did remedy the issues and we were able to enjoy the pool for the majority of our stay. The house was very roomy and worked very well for us.

Wonderful Getaway!
SPI Saturn Beach House is a perfect getaway destination. Plenty of amenities to keep guests entertained. Had the pool heated for an extra charge so we could swim during the chilly nights. Lots of outdoor sitting space & easy walk to the beach. Our contact was easy to reach for questions and promptly took care of our needs. I highly recommend this property!

There was issue and after issue with the home. Lack of cleanliness, broken washer, pool growing algae, broken canopy, 2nd floor bathroom smelling of sewage.

Very comfortable and homey! 3 couples in our group...so 3 bedrooms with adjoining bathrooms was perfect for privacy and comfort. The house was clean, well stocked (except we couldn't find the beach towels), and had plenty of space to gather. Location was perfect...1 block from the beach!

Overall ok stay - description said toiletries were included. They weren't. Pool was unusable the entire stay. They finally got the hot tub clean by the last day so we couldn't use it either.

Excellent location
House was very clean and comfortable as shown in the pictures. It was a very quick walk like 1 min to the beach. We love all the entertain in the house and all the extra beach accessories it had. We were able to use their sand car to bring our towels, bad, umbrella and toys. There was an umbrella provided by the house so convenient. The management response was very quick and friendly. The hot tub was a great plus for us because the weather got cold but it didn’t ruin our vacation we still had the hot tub ;) I will definetly come back. Thank you

Wonderful Vacation!
We stayed at this property and it was great! The king size bed was so comfortable. Loved having a washer and dryer especially to dry our wet swimsuits before we left. The pool is awesome! The water temp was perfect to swim day and night. The hot tub was my son’s favorite along with the ping pong table. That provided hours of entertainment. We had a rental car so we stopped at the Walmart in Port Isabel to grocery shop before getting there. There is an IGA on the island and a Dollar General at the end of the street that had a large selection of drinks, food, toiletries, etc. We ate dinner at Senor Donkeys about 2 blocks away and it had great Mexican food. The beach is less than a block away and super flat with hard sand for walking. We also rented a golf cart for the day and went around sight seeing on the main strip. Sea Turtles Inc was a fun way to spend an hour or so Seeing the rehabilitated turtles. The location was perfect and we would definitely go back. Thanks for being a great host!

SPI July vacation
We enjoyed staying at this property. Had a group of 11 and there was plenty of room. AC works great, kitchen well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, etc. Great having access to the garage which housed beach essentials. Easy walk to a fantastic beach. Good restaurant and souvenir stores an easy walk down the street. Cons: we didn’t feel like the house had been cleaned well at all. Some of the beds weren’t made up completely with sheets. Two towels per bathroom was a little skimpy but we made it work. The pool is heated and the heater was ON in JULY. Water was super warm and not fun for swimming. The hot tub was cooler. Overall a good experience but when we are paying a cleaning fee I’d sure expect to stay in really well-cleaned home. When we pay for a house with a pool I’d expect the pool to be inviting for swimming.

This property has many really positive features. The Good: location is terrific, just have to cross the street to get to the beach, from two different entry points. Can walk to several restaurants. The layout of the house is really nice and the interior furniture is in good shape ( though the kitchen table was sticky). The pool and hot tub- very nice to have, especially when it was chilly out, which it was for our trip. Worth paying for the heater for the pool! The hot tub was non-functional when we arrived; however, Lisa was great and it was repaired by noon the next day. The kitchen is very well equipped- much better than the usual rental. Lisa was amazing, and helped us organize getting groceries delivered in advance, as we arrived Christmas Day. The Not So Good. The place was not really as clean as we would have liked, or expected. It wasn't disgusting, but it wasn't super clean either. The house in general could use some attention- paint inside and out. The closets were unkempt and disordered, the garage was also a shambles, and there were no beach towels that we could find. The pool filter system was incredibly loud. I felt bad for the neighbors. It would have been helpful to have better instructions for the pool and the hot tub. All in all, a nice house, but it could be brought up to a better standard.

Overpriced but overall satisfied
pros: large with plenty of comfy beds. pretty clean. plenty of dishes to use and cook with. dishwasher works well. has keurigg and traditional coffee makers. laundry. big open living room. playpen. backyard pool/hot tub amazing. beach close. cons: needs maintenance/attention to certain areas of the house. the baby gates were useless, not only because they were broken but also because they werent even wide enough to put at the main stairs, which is obv the main concern for this property when having small children. the stairs had random nails sticking out to trip on too. there were no bathtubs to bathe small kids, only showers.code for the door didnt work when we arrived so we had to call mngmnt to get a random code to get in. they were quick to answer and help though. we saw some bugs at first and many of the plug ins for the bedrooms had exposed wire with power strips just hanging from not being long enough. took a lot of work to baby proof for 3 toddlers. i also was approached by a big rat my first night on the balcony, but ik they cant really control that. was a bit scared to hangout outside at dark because of that lol the sunshades were barely hanging on and one even came off after a small storm. there was construction across the street so the view out the living room was ugly and had people in and out all day, even using the driveway for the property to back into their work space. not a huge deal, but for the price, the view was awful. grill rusty. thermostat weird.

We had a great stay at the house. Cooking was easy since the kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need for cooking. The rooms were spacious and the living area was huge. It made it easy to lounge around after long days at the beach.

Great stay in South Padre Island

This is our 2nd stay at this property. We enjoyed it just as much this time as the first time. The house is very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. The pool and spa are great. The location is very close to the beach so very easy to take our things by foot. The set up is nice as well. Each room has its own bathroom and the bathroom downstairs by the garage is very nice when coming in from pool or beach. Highly recommend this property.

This house was perfect for for a family vacation. We had small children and adults. Everything we needed was there from beach chairs, sand toys, high chair, packs and play, towels, great kitchen, and pool perfect for kids. We really never even left the house and we stayed a week!

Wonderful Stay
We had a lovely time and enjoyed this home. The owners allowed us to check in early as we had flown from east coast! The outside pool and garage area were fabulous and such a fun “hangout” area. Location of the home is without a doubt fabulous. Had a great time and highly recommend this property!
