You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring a living/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath at beach level and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full travertine bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its ground floor proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and 3 internet enabled digital entertainment centers. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. Quick South Padre Visit
Great location next to the beach, quick drive to restaurants and local attractions. Excellent communication from property owner who made us feel at home. Main reason for our visit was to visit the SpaceX complex which was an easy drive from this location.

Really nice place
Came here for spring break with my group of family and friends and we all had a great time. Loved how clean and close to the beach the property was. Ed the host was very helpful and always made sure they responded whenever I had any questions. We all loved it here and plan on coming back to South Padre soon because of how easy our stay was.

Perfect location for a relaxing beach trip!
This property has the absolute best location if you’re looking for easy beach access and a quiet, relaxing place to stay. I booked this condo for a girls trip and all three of us had an amazing time. The decor is adorable and total beach vibe. The condo is stocked with everything you need to be comfy and cozy! We will definitely be back!

Great location bottom floor just a quick walk to get to the ocean ...pool was ok too small for there were other families in pool when we arrived ....the bedroom with twin beds should be upgraded to have full beds instead ....too small for my stepdaughter and my grandkids....we were 5 adults and 2 grandchildren .....

Great vacation spot!
This location was the best I’ve experienced through years of visiting the island. The views were perfect and the facility was superb. Ed was easy to get ahold of at all times. I went with a group of women but would take my kids any time.

Great Vacation!
We were very pleased with this condo! The description on the listing was very accurate! The location was ideal - we really enjoyed being able to hang out on the beach knowing our condo was just steps away. The pool was also very nice and another fun place to hang out. I would recommend this to anyone wanting to get away and relax!

Amazing SPI Stay
If you are looking for a place to stay, this is definitely worth it. The beach is just outside the condo, the property itself was beautiful and very neat! I came down from TN before leaving to Germany to spend time with family and Ed made sure xwe were well taken care of! We will definitely be staying here again. I’d rate it a 10/5 if I could!

Perfect location and setup for family vacation
This property was perfect for us. We traveled to SPI with our 4 kids for our wedding. We also had family from other cities and states visiting. This condo was the perfect home base. Plenty of space and seating and a nice green space off the back patio for kids to run around (which is why we chose this one). Easy access to the beach made it easy to run back and grab stuff or go to th bathroom so you didn't have to haul everything down. And the pool was right there too.

Everything was super clean. Beautiful view. So close to the beach. Sunrise enjoyed right from the patio. Pool and hot tub for the kids and great on a windy day. They e thought of just about everything. Giant coffe table for game and puzzles. Beach toys, chairs and wagon ready to use. We hope to come back!

SPI beach house
The location and proximity of the beach was priceless. You can see the beach from the house so we enjoyed spending time on the shaded patio watching the waves. The patio provided consistent shade and the grassy area in front was shaded in the afternoon and evening which was perfect for our daughter to play. All of the beds were incredibly comfortable and 5 star. We look forward to coming back.
