You'll find all the amenities including ample space for 8 guests featuring a living/dining area, fully appointed kitchen with walk-in pantry, master bedroom and bath and two quiet bedrooms sharing a full bath. The master bedroom and living areas feature a walk-out porch with Adirondack chairs for some beach side relaxation. This unit is particularly unique because of its proximity to the board walk leading to the beach and its floor-to-ceiling windows which present you a constant and magnificent view of the dunes and beach shore line. At sunrise you’ll surely enjoy dune flowers as they emerge with each sunrise. The unit is fully digital with wireless internet and internet enabled digital entertainment center. A laundry room has a large load washer/dryer and beach toys are available in the owner's storage unit. Fabulous beds and linens will ensure you enjoy the most restful sleep possible. A quiet and beautiful pool and tennis courts are available for you use -- just steps away from your unit. Sea Vista is the southern most property on the island next to a protected marine preserve yet close to the best restaurants on the southern harbor. We loved how close we were to the beach, and the ability to use beach chairs/towels provided by the owners. The heated pool was a hit with our kids, and unit provided us everything we needed. Great place - would highly recommend!

A little slice of paradise
Location and views were spectacular. Condo was very well appointed, it had everything that we needed. Plenty of space for our 3 generation trip that included 2 couples and 2 adult children. Location on the island worked well for us. Would definitely consider booking this property again.

Beautiful (and quiet) beachfront condo
We had a family trip planned for our son's 19th birthday. The condo is beautifully styled, clean and well stocked. Loved that it was so quiet, steps to the beach and with a pool. Gorgeous views on the balcony - a perfect spot to have morning coffee or just to view the ocean in the shade. The beds were super comfortable and we appreciated having 2 king bed rooms. The host was very responsive and we would definitely stay here again. Great for families and those who want a quiet, relaxing Padre vacation.

Really good place to stay. This room's living area was smaller than i expected, but I didnt look at dimensions. The views and location were terrific. The kitchen was fine fir lots if cooking.

Our stay was great. The condo was exactly like the pictures. It was super clean and had all the extras to go to the beach. We couldn’t have gotten any closer to the beach with its beach front. The access to the beach was super convenient. This will be our beach getaway from more on.

From the building management staff to the owners, everyone was so kind and helpful. The owners thought of everything. The condo was beautifully decorated, quiet, with ceiling to floor views of the beach. The beach had very soft sand and was very private. This is the first time I have been this comfortable in a vrbo rental. Absolutely Perfect!! Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Yearly stay at sea vista
Property was just as described but floors were a tad dirty we had to do a sweep,wish there was a mop, but none in the apt. Overall loved our time at south padre and will give sea vista another try next year.
